Our Classes
Fresh Start Flow
Start your day by showing up for you. Tune into your body, mind, and breath to meet yourself where you are at so you can set meaningful intentions for the day ahead. We will begin with a short meditation, wake the body up with some gentle stretching, followed by more strength building shapes at a quicker pace to heat things up before winding down with a shorter final rest. Infused with inspiring words and lessons to contemplate throughout your day.
Restorative Yin
A deeply nourishing class designed to cultivate relaxation, release tension, and reconnect with your body. This class blends gentle movements into longer held yin shapes to access a release in our deeper connective tissues and work to open the energy channels in the body. Each pose is carefully designed to invite a feeling of surrender and support, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Perfect for all levels, this class is an invitation to slow down and reconnect within. Our time will include longer periods of quiet as an opportunity to turn inward and will be accompanied by calming music.
Mindful Windown
Leaving your day behind & landing with yourself exactly as you are. Starting with some full body movement and breathwork to stretch out the day and move through any built up energy. Shifting into a slower pace, closing with some longer yin style holds and a meditation. Setting yourself up for a restful night's sleep.
Slow Flow
Linking shapes together and breath to movement. We move at a steady slow pace to allow time to explore each shape and transition. A great opportunity for building mind and body connection, while paying close attention to how we enter, land in, and exit each shape.
