Our Classes

Fresh Start Flow

Start your day by showing up for you. Tune into your body, mind, and breath to meet yourself where you are at so you can set meaningful intentions for the day ahead. We will begin with a short meditation, wake the body up with some gentle stretching, followed by more strength building shapes at a quicker pace to heat things up before winding down with a shorter final rest. Infused with inspiring words and lessons to contemplate throughout your day.

Restorative Yin

A deeply nourishing class designed to cultivate relaxation, release tension, and reconnect with your body. This class blends gentle movements into longer held yin shapes to access a release in our deeper connective tissues and work to open the energy channels in the body. Each pose is carefully designed to invite a feeling of surrender and support, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Gradually moving towards softer, more restful shapes, fostering a deep sense of calm and tranquility. We’ll conclude with an extended final rest, providing you the opportunity to fully integrate the benefits of your practice and leave feeling refreshed and centered.

Perfect for all levels, this class is an invitation to slow down and reconnect within. Our time will include longer periods of quiet as an opportunity to turn inward and will be accompanied by calming music. Come and experience the healing power of stillness and deep relaxation.

Beginner Slow Flow

Beginner slow flow will focus on introducing foundational yoga poses, linking movement with breath, introducing basic meditation techniques, and sharing fundamental aspects of yoga philosophy. Students can expect a gentle pace that allows for ample time to explore each posture mindfully and deepen their practice gradually. This class is designed for those new to yoga or looking to refine their foundational skills.

Throughout each practice, you will be guided through a series of accessible shapes that promote flexibility, strength, mobility, and relaxation; while incorporating simple breath and meditation practices to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence on the mat. Whether you're seeking to unwind, move more freely, or simply explore the world of yoga, this class is perfect for beginners looking to establish a solid yoga foundation.

Deepen your connection to yourself, build confidence & comfort on your mat, find what feels good in your body.

Mindful Windown

Leaving your day behind & landing with yourself exactly as you are. Starting with some full body movement and breathwork to stretch out the day and move through any built up energy. Shifting into a slower pace, closing with some longer yin style holds and a meditation. Setting yourself up for a restful night's sleep.
