Trail Blazers Adventure Prep Mobility and Endurance Training
Calling all outdoor adventurers who want to feel their best this season and not be held back by achy joints and mystery post exploring pain - this one is for you
Trail Blazers is a new weekend workshop: 4 hours spread over two days, designed to increase body control [functional movement] and mental capacity [getting through the tough moments].
This is not just our typical mobility yoga flow and will be unlike anything I have offered before. A large portion of this time will be spent on intentional, slow, specific joint training. This is the stuff that tends to look less exciting and aesthetic, we’re working hard, aaand it’s the stuff that will help you move better so you can spend more time on the trails this season.
The weekend will also include a strong core & balance focused flow style portion where we will build some heat, cool down stretching, breathwork, and short nature based meditations.
All of this will be recorded for you to keep and there will also be additional take home practices for you to continue this work after our time together.
We’ve got two weekends coming up:

April 18-19 upper body focus

Sunday Recovery
April 5
7-8:30pm
Beginning with a soothing gentle slow flow and yin movement practice, before shifting into deep rest through yoga nidra. To close each session there will be an opportunity for further introspection through writing. We will look at journal or contemplation questions based around the week’s theme while reflecting on your experience in your practice.
