slow lower body focused movement practice to open up sticky or tight feeling legs and hips. We use a block or similar prop that can hold some weight and you might like other supports nearby. Movement is based from a table top shape and we end with a final rest in childs pose.

18 min meet the morning
arriving in a comfortable seat to connect to your experience and the energy of the new day ahead. About half our practice spent in stillness before a few minutes of gentle movement. Leaving you in a childs pose to stay as long as you like.
